SWIFT code given on the Belong app is not working for SWIFT transfer, what should I do?

SWIFT code displayed on the Belong app is "RATNINB2". If you bank need additional characters, you can suffix this code with "XXX" and try again with "RATNINB2XXX". In most cases, either of these 2 works. 

In the unlikely event that the SWIFT code shown on the app doesn't work, you can try the below alternatives: 
  1. Your bank may need the IFSC code instead. In this scenario, you can put in this IFSC "RATN0000070" under the SWIFT code & try; or

  2. Your bank may require the India-side SWIFT code, in which case you can try with "RATNINBB" or "RATNINBBXXX";

As this is India-side SWIFT code, the transfer may take longer to reach the Belong wallet. Hence, we recommend that you share the SWIFT advice with us as soon as you initiate the transfer so that we can check with the bank and try to expedite the process.
