Follow the steps below to complete a SWIFT transfer from your CBQ (Commercial Bank of Qatar) account into your Belong USD wallet.

1. Check Your Belong Wallet Details

1. Open the Belong app.

2. Go to Payment Methods → Select SWIFT Transfer.

3. Your Belong wallet’s virtual account number, SWIFT code, and bank details will be displayed. Keep these details handy for adding the beneficiary in CBQ.

2. Add Your Belong Wallet as a Beneficiary

1. Log in to CBQ Mobile Banking or Internet Banking.

2. Navigate to the Transfers section and choose International Transfer.

3. Enter the Belong wallet beneficiary details exactly as shown in the Belong app.

4. In the IFSC code field, enter the SWIFT code of RBL Bank provided in the app.
   

   5. Verify the bank name and address:

1. RBL Bank Ltd., GIFT City Branch
   
2. Other address details as shown in the Belong app
   

3. Make the Transfer

1. After adding the beneficiary and once it is activated, select it.

2. Enter the amount you want to transfer.

3. Choose USD as the transfer currency.

4. Select India as the destination country.

5. Review all transaction details carefully:

   • Exchange rate

   • Applicable CBQ charges

   • Final credited amount

6. Confirm the transfer and complete any additional steps (such as OTP verification).

4. Important Information

• Belong doesn't charge anything for inward transfer. Please check with your bank for the exact charges and conversion rates before transferring the money.
  

• Select the OUR SWIFT transfer code as all fees are shown upfront. There is no additional deductions ➝ Recommended option

5. Charges & Time Taken

• SWIFT transfers typically take 3-5 working days to settle.

• CBQ charges approximately QAR 80–120 depending on the transfer amount.
