I am not able to link my Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) account in Belong's account linking process.
Some customers may see an error when trying to link their Belong wallet as a beneficiary in their ADCB bank via account linking. Please follow the steps mentioned below to resolve the error in account linking.
1. What the error looks like
- You may see a message stating that your online account has been locked.
- This error may occur if you use your ADCB app login credentials or Face ID while attempting to complete the account-linking process.
2. Use your ADCB bank net banking login credentials for account linking
Re-start your Belong app
Navigate to the account linking section
When asked for your ADCB credentials, enter your username and the password that you use for logging into ADCB's internet banking portal on the browser
This should successfully complete the linking process
If you have forgotten your net banking credentials,
Change/ reset your login password in ADCB's internet banking portal (ADCB may ask for an OTP or verification step)
Please follow the steps mentioned in point 1 to 3
