Why does my first transfer to my Belong wallet need to come from the bank account I provided as proof of address?

As part of IFSCA's digital onboarding requirements, we are required to verify that the bank account used as your proof of address matches the account from which your first transfer is made.


Please ensure your first transfer is sent from the same account submitted as your proof of address. If there is a mismatch, we may be unable to process the transfer and may need to return the funds to the source account. Please note that a withdrawal fee of USD 25 will apply in such cases.
