Why can't I see the CKYC or doorstep KYC method to complete KYC?
Your eligibility for the onboarding process is based on where you live and the products you are interested in:
Countries where Doorstep KYC is available (UAE & Qatar) - You can choose either CKYC for Mutual Fund investments or Doorstep KYC if you would like to invest in Fixed Deposits as well.
Countries where Doorstep KYC is not available (All countries except prohibited countries) - You can complete only the CKYC process and invest in Mutual Funds. We will be going live with more and more countries very soon.
