What if I don’t have access to my Aadhaar linked Indian phone number?

If you don’t have access to your Aadhaar linked Indian phone number, your next step will depend on where you live:
  1. Countries where Doorstep KYC is available (UAE) - You can book a Doorstep KYC visit through the app. Our representative will verify your original documents in person and onboard you.
  2. Countries where Doorstep KYC is not available (All countries except prohibited countries) - At the moment, we can only complete CKYC onboarding in these regions, which requires Aadhaar OTP. So we will not be able to onboard you unless you regain access to your Aadhaar-linked number or until we have an on-ground team in your country to support doorstep verification.
