What is the CKYC onboarding process?
CKYC onboarding is a fully online process.
Via this method, Belong will be able to onboard you as long as you have valid KYC documents in your CKYC records and you have an Aadhaar card and access to Aadhaar OTP.
You can follow the below steps to onboard via CKYC on Belong:
- Sign up on the Belong app using your mobile number and email address.
- Upload the required documents and provide KYC details: your passport, residence permit and a bank statement as overseas proof of address.
- Enter your Aadhaar number.
This should not take more than 5-10 mins if you have all your documents ready.
We will verify your CKYC records in one working day.
If your CKYC is valid and not expired, we will send you the required KYC documents to digitally sign via Aadhaar e-sign via email. The link to the document will also be available on the app.
Once you have signed it, we will do a final check and your account will be active and ready for investments!
