How can I whitelist another account which belongs to me?

Accounts used to transfer money to the wallet are whitelisted by default. You can whitelist more of your accounts. Once the account is whitelisted, it will start showing up in the list of bank accounts in your app.

There are 2 ways to whitelist another account of yours.


Method 1

If you want to whitelist any other account of yours, all you need to do is send us the bank statement and account details to support@getbelong.com. The bank statement should not be older than 3 months, should have a transaction within 3 months. It should also have your name as on passport. The verification will take 1 working day.


Method 2 (only for UAE customers)

You can also whitelist your account via account linking within the Belong app in a safe and secure way. You will have to link and authenticate your UAE bank account and once that is done, your account will be whitelisted. This will be done instantly.
