Belong is telling me my CKYC records are not valid/are expired. What can I do?
We request you to connect with your Indian bank account/financial institute where you already hold an account and request them to get your details updated on the CKYC portal. Once they do, you should received a *CKYC number that you can share with us so that we re-fetch your records.
*Please note that it takes around 7 working days after the bank updates your documents for the details to reflect correctly on the portal. Hence, we can re-fetch your records only after this period.
