As a UAE customer, how can I withdraw funds from my Belong wallet?

If you are based out of the UAE, you can also withdraw funds through in-app account linking.

Time: 1-3 working days. 


Currencies you can transfer in: AED


Can transfer to: Any of your linked accounts in UAE


You can choose to transfer the money to your linked account from your wallet. 


Charges applicable: The transfer takes 1-3 working days and is completely free of charge.


Currency conversion: Currency conversion from USD to AED will be done by Belong. Belong's exchange rate to convert USD to AED is 3.6625.


If you want to withdraw funds to an Indian account or any other unlinked account, You can whitelist your bank accounts on Belong. As long as the account belongs to you and has been whitelisted by Belong, you can withdraw the money to that account.

Accounts used to transfer money to the wallet are whitelisted by default. You can whitelist more of your accounts. You can read more about the whitelisting methods for other accounts belonging to you in a different question in this same section.


Like adding funds, you can withdraw funds through a SWIFT transfer


Time: 3-5 working days


Currencies you can transfer in: Any


Can transfer to: Any of your whitelisted accounts globally


You will be able to select any of your whitelisted accounts to withdraw money to. 


Once whitelisted, it will start showing up in the Belong app and you can select that account to withdraw funds to.


Charges applicable: USD 25 by Belong for the SWIFT transfer. Some banks charge for receiving money too and if your bank is one of those, then additional charges may apply.


Currency conversion: Currency conversion from USD to AED will be done by Belong. Belong's exchange rate to convert USD to AED is 3.6625.
