To qualify as an accredited investor in GIFT City (IFSC), an individual must meet either of the following:

annual income of at least USD 200,000 in the preceding year, with an expectation of earning the same in the current year; or
net worth of at least USD 1 million, with a minimum of USD 500,000 in financial assets (excluding primary residence)
