Who cannot invest in this IPO?

As participation is restricted to entities and individuals from FATF approved jurisdictions, any individual or entity from a non-FATF approved jurisdiction cannot invest, further the following cannot invest:
  1. Indian Citizen who are Indian Residents
  2. Foreign Citizen residing in India and qualify as Indian Resident
  3. Any entity whose beneficial owner(s) are resident(s) of India
  4. Any entity having an Indian resident as UBO
  5. Individuals that are citizen of a country which shares land border with India, or an entity incorporated in such a country, or an entity whose beneficial owner is from such a country, who have not taken the approval of the Central Government.
