What documents will I need in order to book my FD on the Belong app?
You do need separate documents for booking your USD FDs on the Belong app. Once your KYC is verified and Belong wallet is activated, you can just fund your wallet and book your FDs. For completing your KYC verification on the Belong app, you will broadly need the following documents:
PAN card
Passport
Residence ID
Overseas address proof (recent bank statement)
Access to Aadhaar OTP
Please note that after you load funds in the wallet, the bank will need 1-2 working days to setup your FD account. This is only a one-time process required before you book your first USD FD on the app. Once done, you will be notified via app notification so that you can proceed further.
