How is the performance fee calculated for iRage fund?
Performance fees are charged only when the fund earns returns above the hurdle rate (minimum return, e.g. 8%) and your investment value is higher than its previous peak (high watermark). The fee is applied only on the profits above these levels ensuring any past losses are recovered first before fees are charged.
