How does the IPO application process work?

First & foremost, you need to complete your KYC verification on the app. Once this is done, we will activate your Belong wallet & you can add funds to this wallet (in USD).

Once funds are loaded into the wallet, you can select the number of lots, your bid price, and place your bid directly through the Belong app.

What is the allotment date for the IPO?
The allotment date will be announced after the IPO bidding period closes. Once finalised, the allotment status will be available and investors will be notified via the app.
What’s the difference between the "Applied" & "Completed" tabs on the Applied IPO page?
The “Applied” tab shows IPOs that are still open or awaiting allotment. The “Completed” tab includes IPOs where the allotment process has been finalized, irrespective of share allotment.
Is bidding in an IPO through Belong secure?
Yes. IPO bids placed through Belong are routed through regulated GIFT City exchanges. Investors are recommended to review the IPO details and conduct their own research before investing.
Which currency will my IPO be invested in?
All IPO investments in GIFT City are denominated and settled in USD only.

The IPO will open for bidding on 16 March 2026. The closing date will be announced soon by the issuer.
