How do I close my Belong account?

To process this request, please send us an email to support@getbelong.com from the email address you originally used to sign up for the Belong app. This step is necessary to verify your account ownership and proceed with the closure.

As a regulated entity, we are required to retain certain customer information for compliance purposes. This includes your email address and phone number, which we must securely store for 7 years. If your KYC had been completed, the same retention requirement would also apply to your submitted documents.
