For clients residing in the UAE, we accept a valid Emirates ID as resident ID for onboarding and verification purposes.

Document Format Requirements

  • The resident IDs must be submitted as an official PDF document issued by the relevant authority.

  • Screenshots, cropped images, photographs of screens, or partially captured documents will not be accepted.

  • The document must be complete, clear, and fully legible.
